Welcome to Fredericksburg’s favorite off-leash hangout! Getting your Pack Membership set up is quick, simple, and totally worth the tail wags. Follow this guide to create your profile, add your pups, and pick the membership that fits your pack—so you can stroll through our gates and straight into the fun.
1. Start Your Pack Profile
Ready to roll?
Head to BarkingBarley.com, click Membership, and hit Join the Pack.
This opens your secure member setup—your first official step toward dog-park glory.
2. Tell Us About You (the Human!)
Before your pup can zoom into the splash zone, we need a little info about their favorite person.
You’ll enter:
- Your contact info
- How you heard about The Barking Barley
- An optional second owner (only listed owners can bring your dog—insurance stuff!)
- An emergency contact
- A quick photo of yourself
Think of this as your “human profile badge” for easy check-ins.
3. Add Your Payment Info & Create Your Login
Next up:
- Drop in your credit card
- Create a password
- Click Continue to Pets
Boom. Your human profile is done. Time to brag about your dog.
4. Build Your Dog’s Profile
Now for the star of the show—your pup!
You’ll add:
- Name
- Breed
- Age
- Color & markings
- Sex & altered status
- A cute photo of your dog
- Vaccine records (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella)
Once you hit Submit, you’ll receive an email with instructions to log into your new account and choose your membership.
Pro tip: Pick their best photo. We love seeing your pups just as much as we love serving our rotating taps.
5. Log In & Double-Check Your Dog’s Info
Inside your account, you’ll see your dog listed.
If you spot a “Missing Information” alert, just click it—it usually means we need a vaccine expiration date or a quick upload.
When everything’s green, your dog is officially Barking-Barley-ready.
6. Choose Your Pack Membership
To activate your dog’s access to the park:
- Click Shop
- Select Shop Subscriptions
- Pick the plan that matches your crew:
- 1 Dog — Annual or Monthly
- 2 Dogs — Annual or Monthly
- 3 Dogs — Annual or Monthly
- Hit Subscribe
Your card is billed immediately, and your membership activates instantly—no waiting, no fuss.
7. You’re All Set—Welcome to the Pack!
Once your subscription is active and your vet records are in place, our Ruffarees will see a everything they need!
That means:
✔ You’re good to enter
✔ Your pup is fully cleared
✔ The fun can begin
