Puppy Yoga & Bottomless Mimosas

Downward dog. Upward mimosa.
We’re clearing the tasting room, rolling out the mats, and turning loose a pile of puppies. That’s the whole pitch. You’re welcome.
On Saturday, August 22, Stephanie from Crunch Fitness Fredericksburg leads a 90-minute morning of guided meditation, yoga, and unstructured puppy chaos — with a bottomless mimosa bar running the entire time. Because nothing says inner peace like a Lab mix walking across your mat mid-warrior two.
The puppies come courtesy of Betsy and the team at Old Dominion Humane Society, and here’s the part that matters: every one of them is available for adoption, and a portion of every ticket goes straight back to the rescue. So if you fall in love somewhere between the meditation and the mimosas, that’s not a bug. That’s the plan.
We have exactly 15 mats. That’s it. That’s the event.
How the morning goes
10:30 AM — Settle in. Stephanie opens with guided meditation. Breathe. Center yourself. Prepare your nervous system for what’s coming.
10:45 AM-ish — Flow. A full class, all levels welcome. You do not need to be good at yoga. You need to be okay with a puppy sitting on your spine.
11:30 AM — Puppy time. Mats away, glasses refilled, gloves off. Weather permitting, we’ll open up the park so the puppies can really let loose — no other customers, no other dogs, just our group and a whole lot of zoomies.
